Young Zambians who build technology
When students build and program real machines, they learn science and engineering more deeply. When the tools are affordable and made for their classrooms, far more schools can offer that.
What we’ve done
- Winners of the AI for Good National Edition (Zambia), April 2026, and finalists at the AI for Good Global Summit, Geneva, July 2026
- Our team has been part of initiatives that have reached more than 8,000 young people in Zambia
- Workshops and bootcamps in robotics, electronics and programming
- RoboCore V1 (Gypul) and the RoboCore V2 prototype: board, robot and IDE
What we hope to achieve
- Pilots with schools and innovation hubs in Zambia, measuring learners’ skills and attitudes
- Kits printed, assembled and packaged in Zambia, and in time the boards too
- Lessons and teacher training that fit the curriculum
- 5,000 young people reached in the next three to five years
